Ok. i have tried so many things but and clueless! I would really like to have a layout like this one (http://www.theedgerocks.com/edge/home/) with the frames at the top with the dropdown menus and everything. I dunno what to do! can someone help me! thanks!

The drop down is very easy to do. You just have to download something that takes not even a minute to download.. goto
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html
and click on the 'Top Navigational Bar' urls. Find which one you want, and do what it says on the page.

For frames, search the forums. There used to be a site for that on my favorites.. but someone deleted it.
