Ok, I made a layout and I want to use tables. But I'm not sure if I should slice my image or leave it the way it is and just position it. So, I was just curious, which way would be easier? The better way to code it? I made a page of what my layout looks like so you guys can see. I want my tables on the right and also I use an iframe, which will be on the left. i think it looks great! yeah i wouldnt slice the image...i think it would be easyer to just have it the way it is :) it does take a little while to load...but yeah...

basic rule of thumb is...
if the image is going to stay the same size, then just plunk it in and position stuff.
if the image is needing to expand in some way (like if the text is going to make the layout longer) then you will probably have to slice it up.

your page looks ok but i find it hard to read the text. black/black.
