Thats just a regular transparent iframe/scrollbar with the two stars absolute positioned so it appears they are used for scrolling.

The stars do scroll Starlet. If you click the bottom one the iframe content scrolls

that is what starlet means. Look here:

that's the image with the stars on it. She made the iframe + scrollbar transparent so that the stars are only seen and those stars are on the exact place as the buttons from the actual scrollbar are (you know the up and down arrow)

Yeah, its just a sort of (very clever actually) illusion, you are still useing normal scrollbars to scroll, just they are all set to be invisible and the stars set over them so it looks like they are being used to scroll.

ah, i just love it when people talk about my stuff. yes, it is just a tansparent iframe with the stars on the background. i just placed the scrollbar there. but, there is a way to make it so the stars are actually scrolling as you thought they were.
