So I have this question. When you make layouts, how do you do? I mean, what do I need to make?

I'm so confused about this.

Well for starters you need:
1. an image editor such as photoshop or PSP and know how to use it,
2. a basic knowledge of html
3. and an imagination always helps

I've started, but I dont know where to go from now. I have a temporarily layout. But anyhow, the question is where should I add my contents? To add stuff, like pictures, text, etc, I need to make a specific page right`? And how do I do this?

your question is also so general, there isn't just one solution for it. Perhaps if you tell us what program you are using and what kind of layout you want to make then we can help you way more then this.

PS. I dont seek for a specific layout. It's really hard to explain. I can make the layout, but I dont understand how to but it all together.

It's just the darn HTML coding that bugs me! I know it's really hard for you to help, and it's really hard for me to explain. Argh .. :(
