I know these sites, but I was looking for is help as I how do I index the files and have a search engine of my own. I do not want to sign up to some other site and get their ads in the search engine...............Any help.

that probably uses PHP or CGI to get that. I think it's way easier to get one from bravenet.com because you can still customize it fully etc.

do a search on www.google.com for search engine script or something similar to that
