I dont think you're allowed to post ur site link here unless its of a certain page you're having problems with. You cant really say 'hey everybody, go to my site - its www.mysite.com', coz i've seen people do that and the mods replace their site link with a red "No Advertising Please".

But you are allowed to post ur site link on your profile. thats usually how it's done, people tend to click on ur name and looks at ur profile and they go to the link u provide on there :)

Visit other people, sign guestbooks and give them feedback(nice layout...i like the colours...good content...or something else you thought was interesting) If you visit them, Most people have the common courtesy to visit back. Also join webrings or do link exchanges with people.
