I have to know how to change a few things so that I can post them on Quizilla and they wint take bit map images so if you know how to change them around, can you help me out?

Open them up in a graphics program, like Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, if you don't have one of those you can also use Paint or the free programs posted in a sticky in this forum...
Go to File>Save as, and in the drop down box select a new file extension (JPG GIF etc), type in the name you want and save.

Just open the images in a graphics program and then go to save as and change the file type.

Using a graphic program is your best choice, just don't use Paint. When you try to save a graphic in Paint in anything other than .bmp, it will come out like crap. I recommend getting GiFFY (http://www.emu8086.com/giffy/) it will convert a .bmp file into a .gif and vice versa.
