I use psp8 and the person who made these use psp7, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what effects or brushes this person used to make them? How can I do that or something similar to it, the design? Thnx :)

Looks like she blended pictures and used a default PSP7 brush. I don't think the said brush is available as a default in PSP8.

I believe that yes, she blended pictures, and if you're talkingabout the star lke things, use the picture tubes...

Since I'm pretty sure it's not available as a default brush in PSP8...

thanks for that tutorial! but i was actually talking about the background lol, i know she blended photos of alicia keys, but like...the backgrounds how'd she make'm? but forget about it....i figured out what i'll make ;) thanks again!!
