I just wanna know if anyone knows of some PSP effects I can use to make my graphics look better! Thanks! (Tips welcomed)

For photos, especially, you could try creating a new layer, setting it to Multiply, and filling it with a gradient. (You might need to greyscale the original image first, and/or lower the opacity of the new layer.)
