I have made a layout and put the frames in place where i want them! but when you click on a link! nothing happens! here is the code for one link!

and what's the code for the iframe? that <P> tag is no iframe ...

okay! Here im not sure if it is a frane or iframe! the <p> tag is part of the CSS code where it activiates it or something along those lines! here here the url!
