I trying to create a website and i have some big ideas for it to make it really cool, but if you could, please help me. I need a website where i can make my own banners and upload music. plus i need some ideas for a website and like a place when i could get one of those cool navigation menu. not a drop down or world link. hey a little help people.

well, if you want a special menu (flash/dhtml) then go to www.tucows.com and search for "site xpert". You can make really cool menus.

i know of very few places where you can upload music, but http://www.webspace-empire.com is a good place for hosting your sites, you can 200mb of space :)

for purdy drop-downs, try surfing around http://www.guistuff.com . i know they have really good navigational menus but you'll have to register first though :|
