Hello. I am currently making a website (http://www.freewebs.com/theultimateorbit/ [sorry about the messy source {have to fix that pretty soon! (Ü) }]) and I need someone who can get the right (as in "turn right") layer to go under the bottom layer so that I can outline the layers without the distortion of the right layer popping over the bottom layer (whew). I plan to outline the layers with the hex color code #00CCFF. If someone would give me the correct source/script to fix it, I'll give you a million dollars...yeah right. Anyway, I'd be truly greatful. Any suggestions will also be great!
