How do you get your images to look like you through paint on it?? Here is a link to an example of what I am talking about

you'd most likely use a splatter paint brush.... sorry i cant give you any sites to get them from.... i have psp7 so i dont have any psp9 sites. try searching the forum splatter brushes. ha hope you have more luck than i did
