I can't really draw so I have been debating about getting PSP 9. I was looking and I basically need something with graphics like clipart, and fonts already made.

I found three programs that look good all varying prices. I was wondering if anyone has heard or used any of them.

PrintMaster
PrintWorkshop
and PrintShop.

I am also thinking these might be good choices because my mom's friend has one and she makes cool cards and stuff. So my mom want's to get one can't remember which.

I know this makes no sense but my posting in the past hasn't really either.

Look the items up on Amazon.com. The user reviews are always helpful.

Print Shop, and Print Workshop aren't really what you want. They are used just for making cards and certificates and such.
I use psp8, and I do have to download some fonts and clip art, but you have to with just about every graphics program. Jasc makes awesome, and pretty cheap, programs. And, you can make cards in psp too. It might be a bit more complex, but it's still pretty easy.
I've never heard of Print Master though...
