View Full Version : How do you outline text in PSP9? xx_elmo 01-15-2005, 03:30 PM i tried increasing the stroke but it sorta made the text transparent it didnt outline it.. any help? :) xx_elmo 01-15-2005, 04:08 PM Help!!!!!!!! MaGiCSuN 01-15-2005, 04:50 PM - open a new image and fill it with the color you want the outline to be - put your text in it but before you put it there make sure you have "floating" selected - add the text - go to "selections > modify > expand" and choose for example 2px - go to "edit > copy merged" - then go back to your image you want your outline text to be in, make a new layer and hit ctrl+v to paste it into your new document :) et voila I used this always in psp7 and psp8, and i probably guess nothing has changed, this is a basic thing that needs the tools that are available in every version of psp Love, Mirna xx_elmo 01-15-2005, 07:02 PM Thanks so much, Mirna! =P xx_elmo 01-15-2005, 07:08 PM Theres no "selections" on psp9  xx_elmo 01-15-2005, 07:14 PM oh well :) i did it the stroke way adn it worked (sorta =D) THANKS!!
