Is there a page somewhere that I can go see information on using this forum such as the following:

1. How many posts you need to get a different rating?
2. What (if any) priviledges you get when you have a higher rating?
3. What the different names for the rates are?
4. When/how do you get to have an avitar..

All such information. If there's no webpage, does anyone know the answers?

at 500 post you get an avitar and you get to choose a title.

i don't know all the rateing names

1. Correct, every 50 posts you get a new rank.

2. At 500 posts you get to pick a custom title and have an avatar

3. Im not sure of the order but they are:
pee wee
little league
Starter
all-star
junior varsity
varsity
legend
hall of fame
