I made that in ps cs, and i wanted to know if anybody knows how to make the edges curved like that for psp?

I have PSP8, but it should be the same in PSP9.

Select the Selection Tool. You should then see the toolbar for the Selection Tool (it has "Selection type", "Mode", "Feather", etc). Choose "Rounded Rectangle" from the Selection type drop-down.
