hey,

does anyone know of any places with good free webhosting? i'm currently using freewebs which isn't that bad...i was wondering if i could a website that i can have my own webpage name instead of (as example): www.freewebs.com/"insert name here"

it kinda gets annoying sometimes to have freewebs infront of everything.

thanks tons

try out .tk, it redirects to your site... for example...

blah.tk could redirect to freewebs.com/blah/blah...

I know a pretty good free hosting company. Its called HostUltra (http://www.hostultra.com). Its a REALLY great hosting company. It says you get Unlimited Bandwidth and Space, but like pb&j said to me before, there is a limit, no web-host has unlimited things. But that means you CAN have a lot. And your domain will look like this:www.yourusername.vzz.net ,its actually quite attractable. Check it out! :)

I use bravenet.com, it comes up with www. your website name .bravehost. com, which is still long, but I then I got a .tk url direct, which made it shorter, - but bravenet can also provide url directs aswell.

A good idea would've been to check around the forums... there are many topics regarding free web hosting.
