I was wondering if tehre is a code that you can use to get a page to open in a layer?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. I think that you are going to have to provide us with a better description of what you want to make your page look like and maybe a link with an example before anyone can really help you out.

okay... here is a link to what I am working on. I have put a table in to show where I want to put the text. The borders will be removed to give it a smoother appearance. I want to have my blog load in that bottom cell area of the table.
