I seen where people put pictures into shapes and been wondering how do they get pictures into things like this (i have psp8)http://www.geocities.com/mindcandy_360/example.jpg

Open up your image and select the Selection Tool. You should then see the toolbar for the Selection Tool (it has "Selection type", "Mode", "Feather", etc). Choose the shape you want from the Selection type drop-down.

You can just simply make two separate layers, one for the "frame" and one for the picture. Just put the frame other the picture like in your example. I'm pretty sure whoever did this did it with layers.

thank you for the help, althought the second one i dont really understand but im sure i will get it. i just need to become familiar with the layer thing.
