How come mods have a Green name but others have a Blue name?

Is there a differance in what they do?

maybe its so that u can tell which people are mods are who arent!

Some mods have green names and some have bright blue ones, not like the colour the regular posters have.

Correct. Junior mods are green, regular mods are [light] blue. And admins are pink. :)

Only "kittycat" has that title "moderator" there. The other's all are jr. Moderators that are green in username :)

i thought that as well. sometimes a JM (:)) will post in a thread saying that it will be closed, but it's not closed, and then one of the actual mods will close it.

Jr.Moderators are under 18 (Green) but only mod the borads they are mods on?
Moderators Over 18 (blue) same goes for theese.

Super Moderators mod all boards on the forum like admin but have less powers.

Nope, even blue ones have limited power. I myself have no power in the javascript forum or the advanched forum for example and i'm blue :)

Lissa has divided mods into the forums, in that way some people help in the parts they are advanched in, like sphere does for flash and cherchez for the spanish forums since she speaks that very well and is able to help there the best she can.

Some mods have power in each forum, but like said before you can see it here where the mods have powers in:

Yea i know about all the only modding groups you are mods on but Super Moderators have power in every board because they are Super Moderators.
