Ok, I placed the CSS into the HTML/CSS box, but I would also like to change the look of where the entries will be. I want my entries to be in tables. Does anyone know where I can add tables for the entries, and configure what's inside of it, etc? Or if not, I know that Xanga must have some already premade skin, where is that located so I can configure it? Thanks.

<style type=text/css>
table.blogbody {
border: 1px solid 000000;
width: 450px;
background-color: #197119;
}
</style>

I'm sorry, but that still didn't work. Is there a way that I can personally go in and configure it?

Ok, I did exactly how I wanted my page to look on my old diary site here: http://fellbehind.diary-x.com/journal.cgi?template=WAITING1&entry=lorem
This is exactly what I want for the entries and for all the modules on the side. Could you configure the code for me to get it to look like that? Because I'm having trouble. I put that exact same code in Xanga and nothings really looks like that. I also want the whole layout centered (in the middle of the page).

The only "pre-made" skin Xanga gives you is the default layout you get when you sign up. There are CSS "basic templates" out there for you to edit.
The reason why the codes used on Diary-X doesn't work on Xanga is because they're two completely different blogging systems.

I know that the codes for D-x don't work on Xanga, I said that I configured how I wanted the layout to look in D-x, just to giver her an idea of what I'm going for. But, even though I've tried so many different things on Xanga, I still can't get my layout to look like that. &I didn't copy it from D-X, I just used the link colors, etc. to give myself an idea.
