HOw do I get this look http://brokenwinged-angel.net/heart-shaped-box/images/ta.jpg in psp8? That is from a photoshop colorizing tutorial but I want to get a "glossy" look on some of my poor quality pictures. Can someone help me?

Looks like she used the 'Edge Preserving Smooth' option for most of the face.

well looks like they added a soft glow (which you can get with a gaussian blur, http://www.lissaexplains.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63924), did a paint effect around the edges, but I don't know how to get the glossy lips & eyes, sorry. but the glow should take care of the skin.
