what is everyones opinions on transparent frames? i have a semi transparent frame on my site and some of the people i've talked to about it, like it.

i'm asking this because i noticed some of the people don't like semi or just transparent frames? any reasons why?

Well quite frankly the peopel who visit my site really like them, I aske dthe same question once on my TBoard and veryoen answered" I like teh idea of text flowing aroung!" lol
But how do you make th background transparnt? I mean, I have the tag for Transparant Iframes, but because of the opacity it seems that i do have a backgrounbd.isn't here a background tag for transparant backgrounds?
