see the menu bar on the side and the frame right below it? I want to put the menu into the menu frame. is that in any way possible? I'm sure it probably is, i'm just not sure how..

ok, well nevermind i figured it out, i just used the frame as a blog background and the menu bar as the content. (and sorry for double posting, couldn't edit)
