As you will know, you can set files and folders in MS Windows to "hidden" so that they cannot be seen.

What I was wondering was if you were to search for them, even though they are hidden, would you still find it?

So if you hid a file called "Bank details", could you search for "Bank" and get that file?

um try it yourself lol I think you can still find it the folder would look like whitened though

On search panel there's an option More advanced options and under that Search hidden files and folders. I believe that automatically it won't search these files.
