It seems as though absolutely no one on Neopets or here has a solution. Interesting.

You can't. It's the copywrite suff and it's illigal to mess with it.

Not what I mean. I mean I need it moved down to it's normal position, because its sttuck at the top and obstucting my view.

Never mind, I fixed it. Check it out- the text won't be done for about a day or so, and I'm gonna have to add music and links and such, so It'll be done in about 5 days.
