I am not sure how to do what I am trying to here. It seems to me like it is completely basic.... but I am just not getting it.

I want to build a site that has a large "header" image across the top and then underneath it has 3 columns. The left one with links that open to the center column and then the right one for just standard information and external links. Do I do this with frames? I can't figure out how to get my frames so they don't disturb my header image.

I have always worked with iframes and I am trying to spread my wings a bit.
