hi im "cleaning up my computer" deleting un wanted files, running diskfragmentors, and the like, i need to download a spyware checker and spyware removal program for free, does anyone know where i can get:

spyware checker and or a spyware removal program
virus checker and or removal program
a site where you can check downloads for viruses n spyware

all for free cos i really cant afford it :( im on xp if that has anything for virus checking let me know please cos i have no idea. please post if u have any suggestions :)

I don't know of any Web sites, but you can scan downloads for viruses with a virus scanner.
