hey, um i need some help i wanted to know if it is possible to put a div layer in a Iframe? this is my site:

and if you look i have two div layers, but were it says updates i want that to be an Iframe with a div inside it, is that possible? lol i wanted to frame because i didnt want people to have to wait for my layout to load everytime they clicked a link!

Sure, that's possible. You'd code an iframe on your main page, and put a div on the page that's going to be inside the iframe.
