I was wondering if some one had good tutorials about vectoring? What programs are good for it? I only have photoshop 7 and psp 7

most people use photoshop for vectoring however illustrator is the best to use for it since it uses vectors to draw with and not pixels like photoshop.

but photoshop will do well aswell :)
