I was wondering how I can have one of those frame like things in the middle of the page where I can put what I've updated on my site. I'm assuming it's not that hard to do, but I'm really bad at this HTML and stuff and I can't find it on this site. Anybody?

You can also use scrollable divs http://www.``````````````/divtutorial.shtml
