Is there any code to have your links sorta gone in pixels? I've seen it on a site somewhere, and I'd really like to know, please?

Well after downloading it, what actually do you do after that? there's some files appeared after the download- and...yea what do you do after that? (oh I sound so dumb!)

dont open the .htc file...just download it from my site and upload it to yours, then add the codes given on the page and tada!

so heres goes.
i uploaded it, and inserted the code.
it works on mouseover, but when i first view the page the links dont show up as regular text links.
um, why?
