Do you prefer Harry Potter of Lord of the Rings?

its more fun to read and i just guess i am more childlike :)
also when i first read lotr i couldnt understand or even say half of the words, lol

I never really bought into the hype of either! I've seen one of the LOTR ones though, havnt seen any HP so i'll have to go with lotr!

Harry Potter! They have a kitty in the third movie named, Crookshanks!!!! :D

Harry Potter Books > LOTR Books
LOTR Movies > Harry Potter Movies

I like both, kind of hard to choose a favourite between them... Both movie versions were good too but there I'd have to say LOTR was better.

I like both. Though I do agree that Harry Potter is more fun and easier to read. Reading LOTR at first was quite difficult, but I still like it. As for the movies, I think I like the LOTR movies a wee bit more than Harry Potter. ;)

I was never really into either of them, but Harry Potter interests me more.

LOTR is great, don't get me wrong, but I like Harry Potter a lot more.

First I liked Harry Potter, then LOTR.. hey, I just realized something, they rhyme! "Harry Potter", "LOTR"... lol :) so I now I guess I don't really care.
