Ok, i've done the correct way of targeting the frames to my main but it just comes up in the SAME frame!!!! What is WRONG!!?!?

can you people go to my website and check out what's wrong with it???? I've been attempting it and it's still the same and the thing is i don't know what is wrong.

You don't put target in your frame code you put it in your links.

Example:

<a href="Your Link" target="main">Link Name</a>
