you know how on tons of xanga sites they have those 100x100 avatars, the little icons, but with stuff that moves? like, letters blink, hearts blink, pictures change, etc. this isnt directly about xanga but is somewhat related, so can anyone tell me how to make moving avatars?

you'll need some sort of program that allows animation... so unless you have that, you won't be able to make animation =\

a really good program for making animated avatars is adobe image ready. you could download a free 30 day trial at download.com (http://download.com). also, for animated tutorials go to good-tutorials.com (http://good-tutorials.com). the tutorials there are very easy to understand.
