Uhm.. When I upload pictures on Geocities they get really..big. Is there a way I can make them smaller or something?

In your image tag, just put in these...

<img src="whatever" height="50" width="50">

You can change the height and width to however large you want your picture.

the image online is the same size as the one on your computer.
perhaps in your image editing program, you have the viewing set to a 50% or something.
i would suggest you use your image program to downsize your image instead of using html coding as suggested in the previous posting. if you do the later, it will still be that "larger" image being squished into a smaller space and the visitors will still have to take time to download that "larger" version of it for it to appear.

also, if your picture is much larger than you require it will take up too much extra space - you only get 15 MB on the free geocities accounts so you need to be careful not to waste it
