Sup peeps. I want to know how you make a forum and a shout box like the one in the forum.

you need to learn a language like php, cgi, java (not javascript they are completely differant and have no relation), asp, etc...Then make a forum. but making a forum is a really complicated and long process. i would jsut use prebuilt ones like phpbb, or yamb.
