The top banner the banner goes here space is the ad :P I am using IE , Firefox and 800x600 I just need to know how to get rid of the spaces between the side of the banner and the top of the banner

try adding this to your BODY css area...
margin-top:0px; margin-left:0px;

maybe put an actual test banner ad there to see if you are not getting what you want. It will help me too, cause i have no idea what you are talking about.
