Does anyone know how to make a bg move with the scroll a small moveing background

as in "not fixed?"

You could try using Flash and then exporting the file as a .gif - it might not be exactly what you're after, but if you have Flash it could work and it can be a lot better animated.

i dont think you can use animatins as a bg.
