ok i'm new at makeing web pages but i ok can any body plz tell me where i can get a chat room and tell me how to change font colors

I'm not sure about the chat rooms, but to change font colours just use this tag:

<font color="#000000">Text Here</font>

Put your own hex code where it's bolded. You can go here (http://www.shoutmix.com/color.html) to find some colour codes to use.
