Just go to http://www.namecheap.com/login.asp?xPage=/myaccount.asp here (http://www.namecheap.com/login.asp?xPage=/myaccount.asp) and move your mouse over to the "Why should I create an account?" Under the "create An Account" button. When you put yor mouse over it, it appear this ting. Can anyone show me how to do that? The one I've read at Lissaexplains.com, it only show up for a while then it disapear, but this one stay there alway untill we mouse our mouse to somewhere else.
