My problem is that as I fill my middle table the things on the tables to the sides tend to center themsleves and it looks really bad see?

in the cell that you don't want to center itself out.

Maybe you could give a link? (the first one didn't work) or post the table code you're using. There might be something you missed. You never know.. That shoulda worked.
