You'll need a graphic program that will allow you to make transparent parts. Like PaintShopPro ( www.jasc.com ) or Photoshop ( www.adobe.com )

Ok, from my understanding your using MS Paint correct? If so, i got an idea that might work.

Ok, get both your backround and your logo into the same er...file. Grab your rectangle marquee and click and drag around your logo. Look towards the bottom of your tools and you should see two boxes, one will appear more grey then the other. Click on the bottom one then insert your logo into your backround.

I hope that helped. What that does is it won't take the white parts of whatever youre dragging. If you happen to have white in your logo, after dragging just fill it in with white.

i suggest downloading gimp, it's a free software that can make transparent gifs.
