They have thousands of tutorials, I am sure there are some there that can help you.

if you want to make a flash movie you'll need swish or flash (mx or lower). Into that program you just load the images into the program and make a flash thing on top of it.

With imageready you can make animations (coming with photoshop), if that is what you mean.
