Hey, umm, I was wondering if anyone had any free time if they would be able to do a blend, or whatever they're called, of John Hiatt (singer). And, maybe make an iFrames layout for it? I have no graphics program at all.

Trust me, I will give as much credit as possible. If no one can, does anyone know of a site where people would be willing to make one for me for free? I just need one iframe for navigation/sidebar and one for content. If not a John Hiatt blend, maybe just like a psychadelic abstract art layout? I don't know, I just want a layout special to my site, but I can't make any. And I can't download any programs either. Anyways, so if someone could point me in SOME direction, it would be very much appreciated.
EDIT: Site title will be "Mystical Delusions" if it is needed to put in the layout.
