I have this GIF that Im trying to take the background off(the black part) and just leave the diamond as is with the animation still working. I'm using Image Ready, so how do I go about doing this? So you're trying to get it transparent? I found a tutorial, but I forgot where. If you look through google.com, you should be able to find it! :) If I find it, I'll let you know...

open the .gif in Imageready. If i'm right you will see the animation in several pictures. Then go to File > edit in photoshop

if it's right all the images should open in photoshop. Edit them to make them transparent and save them. Then go to imageready again and add the images one by one in a new animation. That is probably one of the ways. You can't edit it in imageready only though since you can't make things transparent there (unless if i'm wrong)

Im not good with this transparency stuff. I looked at a tutorial and it confused me. I don't even know if I was looking at a right tutorial lol =(
