You can do nearly anything you want with Photoshop. The trouble is, the "Elements" version, the stripped-down one, costs about $80. The full version, however, costs an arm and a leg. But it's a very good graphics program. You can probably download a trial version.

Photoshop is a great program, but if you have never used a graphic program before (other than Paint), I'd suggest Paint Shop Pro. I think it's a bit cheaper.

I suggest kazaa. If you can speak german there is another option too... PM me about it..

If you ahve like 80$ left I'd rather go for Paint Shop Pro by Jasc.com then getting PS elements... because that one can't even do nearly as good stuff you can create with PSP...

i really want paint shop pro cos where ever i go on the net someone is using it, is it just america based or can an english gal such as myself pick it up and how much does it cost anybody know?

lol... you can get it anywere! try a computershop for the program or visite http://jasc.com and if you parents or you have a credit card, you can pay it online and download it online as well... I don't know how good version 9 is though... version 7 was always my fave...

I'm still using PSP8, I really want Photoshop, but its FRIGGIN expensive!!!!!
