Where an I go to find good free LJ layouts? I'm new to LJ and I'm not really sure where to put the HTML as well. So if someone could give some guidance I would greatly appriciate it. <33

Go to livejournal.com and towards the top right corner of the page is a search box. Put in 'free layouts' or 'lj layouts' or something similar and select interests from the dropdown menu. You'll find plenty of communities that give away layouts and make custom ones by doing a search.

I use innocence-faded.net for some free layout, I think they have quite a few...
