On my site here (http://www.geocities.com/y2j_514/html/) im not exactly sure as how to lay it out. The middle is an inline frame, and i have the links on the left with anchors to the inlineframe. If you click on one of the links it jumps you down to the spot, but im not sure if this is good. Should I remove the anchors? or should i just make each link go to its own separate page?

It looks as if you've kept related info on the same page which is good, just in case the visitor wants to read more about the topic. I think the anchors are fine - but they don't work in NS.

You have two typos in "url" - "stands" and "address" ;)
